CNI trägt aktiv zum Austausch von Forschungsergebnissen in der internationalen Forschergemeinschaft bei. Neben dem Verfassen eigener technischer Beiträge zu aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen und als Mitherausgeber einer Zeitschrift, unterstützt Prof. Wietfeld regelmäßig die Vorbereitung und Durchführung internationaler Konferenzen.
